Clients and participants are expected to take reasonable care of all property, equipment and environments involved in any session. Any deliberate, reckless or negligent behaviour that results in damage to property, equipment, premises or third party belongings may result in the responsible party being held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
Where conduct results in physical injury to any individual, or causes disruption, financial loss or damage to business operations, Tiny Lemon Studios and Joseph Baker reserve the right to seek recovery of losses incurred. This may include, where appropriate, pursuing the matter through civil legal proceedings.
In such circumstances, any costs, damages or losses incurred as a result of the incident may be recoverable through the relevant legal channels in accordance with applicable law.
11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
Joseph Baker reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a booking or terminate a session at any time if there is a breach of this Code of Conduct or if continuing the session would compromise safety, professionalism or quality of work.
This Code of Conduct may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in business practice, legal requirements or operational needs.

By booking a session, commissioning work or participating in any service provided by Tiny Lemon Studios, you confi rm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Code of Conduct.
